Glass Shatter runs a break in reverse: shards fly in from off-frame, rotating as they travel, and lock together into solid letterforms.
sh-assemble brings each shard along its own path with independent rotation and delay, so the reassembly looks physical rather than choreographed. feGaussianBlur and feMerge add a faint edge glint as pieces pass, suggesting glass rather than stone.
The animation runs inward by design, because a reveal has to end with a readable word. Playing an outward break would end on an unreadable frame.
