How this animation is built
The motion blur is ghosting, not a blur filter: four copies of every glyph at decreasing opacity and increasing negative offset, each on its own vs-ghostfade keyframe so they fade to nothing as the word lands. A real per-frame blur is what the backend's adaptive plan punishes by dropping fps — a style about speed exporting at 15fps would defeat itself. The chrome is a six-stop vs-chrome gradient with a sheen bar masked over the settled word.
