Neon Aether is the most elaborate neon in the set: the container reveals, the stroke draws, a scan sweeps down the letterforms, the fill fades up, and particles drift off the top throughout. Four stages that hand off to each other rather than one effect.
Five keyframes are sequenced by delay — container-reveal, draw-stroke, scan-down, fill-fade, float-up — over a feColorMatrix/feGaussianBlur/feMerge glow. The particles are separate elements on their own float cycle, so they keep moving after the reveal completes and the frame never goes fully static.
More filtered layers and a particle system mean more compositing per frame. If you need it faster, drop the resolution before you drop the frame rate — the motion is what carries this one.
