The bridges are a mask, not an overlay: ws-bridges subtracts two bars from the letterforms only, which is what a real stencil is — the ties that stop the middle of an O falling out. The corrosion is one static feTurbulence, the single filter in this style, kept cheap by never animating a primitive attribute so the compositor caches it instead of reconvolving each frame. Rust blooms are seeded radial gradients; the stamp lands on ws-stamp with a plate shake behind it.
